ProofShot プライバシーポリシー

1. 適用範囲

本プライバシーポリシーは、合同会社FGR（屋号：Nagumo Engineering、以下「当社」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリケーション「ProofShot」（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報およびその他の情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。

本アプリをご利用になる前に、本ポリシーを必ずお読みください。

本プライバシーポリシーは、当社が提供する本アプリにおいて取得・利用される情報の取扱いに適用されます。本アプリにリンクされている第三者のウェブサイトやサービスには適用されません。

2. 事業者情報

本アプリに関する事業者情報は以下のとおりです。

3-1. 位置情報（GPS座標）

利用目的：証拠記録の撮影位置を記録し、撮影日時・端末情報等と組み合わせて証拠性を高めるため。

3-2. カメラ・マイクへのアクセス

利用目的：写真・動画・音声を撮影・録音し、証拠として記録するため。

本アプリは、ユーザーが端末の設定等で許可した範囲でのみカメラ・マイクにアクセスします。

3-3. デバイス識別子（アプリ内で利用する匿名ID）

利用目的：本アプリ内で記録された証拠データの一意性を保証するため。

当社は、この識別子を用いて特定の個人を識別することは行いません。

3-4. 撮影・録音されたメディアファイル（写真・動画・音声等）

利用目的：ユーザー自身による証拠管理のため。

保存場所：ユーザーの端末内ストレージ。

4. 情報の保存場所と送信先

4-1. 端末内保存

本アプリで撮影・録音されたデータ（写真、動画、音声、位置情報等）は、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。

当社のサーバーに、これらの証拠データが自動的に送信されることはありません。

4-2. 有料機能（プレミアム機能）の購入検証

プレミアム機能をご利用の際、購入の正当性を確認するために、以下の情報が
Google Play または App Store と通信される場合があります。

• 購入トークン
• 購入日時・商品IDなど購入情報の一部

この通信は、ストア事業者（Google / Apple）が提供する課金システムを利用するものであり、
証拠データやユーザーの個人的なコンテンツが当社や第三者に送信されることはありません。

5. 第三者への提供

当社は、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供、販売、貸与することはありません。

• 法令に基づく場合
• 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であり、ユーザー本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
• 公的機関等への協力のために必要がある場合で、ユーザー本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
• ユーザーの同意がある場合
• プレミアム機能の購入検証のために、Google Play / App Store と通信する場合

6. Google Maps API の利用

本アプリでは、GPS 履歴を地図上に表示するために Google Maps API を利用する場合があります。この機能を利用する際には、Google
LLC のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

7. データの削除

• 本アプリ内の設定画面から、保存されている記録をユーザー自身の操作により削除することができます。
• 本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されている本アプリのデータは削除されます（ただし、OSやバックアップ機能の仕様により、一部が端末のバックアップとして残る場合があります）。

8. セキュリティ

本アプリは、証拠データの完全性を保護するため、SHA-256 によるハッシュ化や暗号化技術を利用しています。
しかしながら、インターネット上の通信およびデジタルデータの保管において、絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。

当社は、合理的に必要かつ適切な範囲で、技術的・組織的な安全管理措置の維持・向上に努めます。

9. ユーザーの権利

本アプリは、原則として当社サーバー上で個人データを保持しない設計となっています。したがって、当社によるユーザー個人データの閲覧・訂正・削除等の対応は通常想定されていません。

11. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の改正や本アプリの機能追加・変更等に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合には、本アプリ内での表示その他適切な方法により周知し、必要に応じて改定後の内容を提示します。

改定後も本アプリをご利用いただいた場合、ユーザーは改定後のプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

This Privacy Policy explains how FGR LLC, operating under the name “Nagumo Engineering” (the “Developer”, “we”,
or “us”), handles information in connection with the ProofShot mobile application (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to the handling of information collected and used through the App provided by the
Developer. It does not apply to any third-party websites or services linked from within the App.

3. Information We Collect and Purposes of Use

The App may collect and use the following types of information:

3-1. Location Data (GPS Coordinates)

Purpose: To record the capture location together with timestamps and device information in order to enhance the
evidentiary value of the records.

3-2. Camera and Microphone Access

Purpose: To capture photos, videos, and audio recordings as evidence.

The App accesses the camera and microphone only to the extent permitted by the user’s device settings.

3-3. Device Identifier (App-internal Anonymous ID)

Purpose: To ensure the uniqueness of evidence records within the App.

We do not use this identifier to personally identify any individual.

3-4. Captured Media Files (Photos, Videos, Audio, etc.)

Purpose: To allow users to manage their own evidence records.

Storage location: Local storage on the user’s device.

4. Data Storage and Transmission

4-1. On-device Storage

All data captured in the App (photos, videos, audio, location data, etc.) is stored only on your device. Such
evidence data is not automatically transmitted to servers operated by the Developer.

4-2. Verification of Paid (Premium) Features

When you purchase premium features, the following information may be communicated with Google Play or the App
Store in order to verify the validity of your purchase:

• Purchase token
• Certain purchase details (such as product ID, date and time)

This communication relies on the in-app purchase systems provided by Google and Apple.
Your evidence data and personal content stored in the App are not transmitted to us or to third parties in

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

• When required by applicable laws or regulations
• When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain your
  consent
• When necessary to cooperate with public authorities and obtaining your consent could impede the execution of
  their duties
• When you have given your consent
• When communicating with Google Play or the App Store to verify purchases of premium features

6. Use of Google Maps API

The App may use the Google Maps API to display GPS history on a map. When you use this feature, Google’s Privacy
Policy applies.

7. Data Deletion

• You may delete all stored records at any time from the Settings screen within the App.
• Uninstalling the App will delete data stored on your device that is associated with the App. (Some data may
  remain in device backups depending on your OS and backup settings.)

8. Security

The App uses SHA-256 hashing and encryption technologies to help protect the integrity of evidence data.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain and improve technical and organizational measures to protect
information handled in connection with the App.

9. Your Rights

As a general design choice, the App does not store user personal data on servers controlled by the Developer.
Therefore, we typically cannot view, correct, or delete your personal data on your behalf.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
